We are effectively utilizing resources with technology certified as successful by the Japan Science and Technology Agency.

We would like to introduce our company's "separation and recovery of mixed acids." Etching processes using mixed acids are widely used in the manufacturing of liquid crystals and semiconductors, and at the same time, used mixed acid wastewater has been generated. Traditionally, a portion of this mixed acid wastewater has been used for pickling in steel mills; however, the majority has not been effectively utilized, as it has been neutralized with large amounts of alkali and then incinerated. In response, our company established a technology to separate mixed acid wastewater and recover it as a single acid, in collaboration with Kansai University. The recovered acid can now be effectively utilized as a resource through reuse and recycling. Small Chlorine Furnace | Dry Separation and Recovery of Valuable Metals from Urban Mines

Control the temperature, chlorine partial pressure, and pressure to selectively separate Au, Cu, Sn, Fe, Ni, etc. through chlorination volatilization.

Urban mines contain a complex mixture of valuable metals and base metals such as Au, Cu, Sn, Fe, and Ni. When separating and recovering these through wet processing, challenges may arise related to the use of reagents, waste liquid treatment, pretreatment processes, and drying processes. Our small chlorine furnace can selectively separate and recover metal components by converting them into volatile chlorides through dry chlorination using Cl2/HCl, while controlling temperature, chlorine partial pressure, and pressure.
